A Turning Point
I have learned in any and all circumstances the secret of facing every situation, whether well-fed or going hungry, having a sufficiency and enough to spear or going without and being in want. I have strength for all things in Christ. Who empowers me, (I am ready for anything and equal to anything through Him who infuses inner strength into me; I am sufficient in Christ's sufficiency)
What is in your heart comes out your mouth (Matthew 12:34), and what you keep in your mouth affects your heart. It is a cycle.

WHAT COMES FIRST? - IS IT THOUGHTS OR WORDS?
It really doesn't matter because they affect each other, and both must be corrected in order for us to enjoy the life Jesus died to give us.
Stop saying "I'm depressed," "I'm discouraged," "I'm ready to give up," "I can't take it any more," or "nothing good will ever happen to
/for me." All talk of that type is totally useless. They are words that cannot add to your life, but they can certainly prevent you from living.
If you have considered yourself to be a person with low self esteem, no confidence, cowardly, timid, shy and fearful, this  can be a turning point for you. However, you will have to be persistent. It is not what we do right one or two times that makes a difference in our lives; it's what we do ring consistently.

Prayer
Lord, in my thoughts and my words I want to always confess that you are my sufficiency. Help me to be ready for anything because you empower me. In Jesus Name I pray. Amen
